First, check if you have accidentally deleted the item from your shopping cart, if that is the case you are still able to add it again from "My Formula" to "My Cart". Since your shopping cart is directly linked to your Vitaminpacks.com.com account, logging in or out of your account can often cause items to simply disappear from your cart.
If the cart associated with your account contains no items, then your shopping cart will seem to be empty. Likewise, if you create a list of formulas while you logged in, and then log out, your items will disappear. If this is the case, just simply sign in again and you should be able to retrieve the items previously in your cart.
